Stefano Barile
Founder / OwnerBorn in a small seaside town in Marche, Italy, Stefano grew up immersed in the Mediterranean landscape, between the Adriatic sea and the Monti Sibilini canyons. His respect for nature was shaped early on and later reinforced through studying how past architects worked with organic materials and passive design principles. His approach to architecture is defined by deep engagement with the project site and close collaboration with his clients.
Education and qualification: Master in Archtecture and Building Engineering, University of Ancona, Italy / Licensed building engineer
Miyo grew up in Gifu, Japan, and has lived in Japan, France, Singapore, and the Netherlands. Alongside her career in real estate investment, she has also worked as an entrepreneur, advising homeowners on sustainable renovation strategies. Today, she works closely with Stefano, acting as a bridge to build and strengthen connections with partners.
Education and qualification: Master in Business Administration, INSEAD (France) / Licensed real estate transaction specialist in Japan
